Hi Tony –

Good question! If you are selling on multiple sales channels and those orders are all flowing through ShipStation (and if we are handling order fulfillment from those channels), then I would likely recommend integration with ShipStation. However, if you’re not selling on multiple channels or if the orders we’re filling are all flowing through Shopify, then I would recommend integrating directly with Shopify.
