How quickly can I get started?
Most sellers are fully onboarded within 48 hours. That includes connecting your sales channels, setting up your dashboard, and coordinating your first inventory shipment. Our onboarding specialist handles the entire process.
What platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Shopify, Amazon (Seller Central and FBA), WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, BigCommerce, Magento, and more. All integrations are free, and our team handles the setup for you.
Is there a minimum order volume?
No. We work with sellers shipping a few dozen orders per month all the way up to thousands. There are no minimum volume requirements and no penalties for lower volumes.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on the services you use: storage (per pallet, bin, or shelf), pick and pack (per order), and shipping (at negotiated carrier rates). No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no long-term contracts. We provide a detailed rate card upfront so there are never surprises.
Do you handle FBA prep?
Yes. We offer full FBA prep services including FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, shrink-wrapping, bundling, inspection, and shipment plan creation. We stay current with Amazon's evolving requirements so you don't have to.
Can you handle international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide through major carriers. Our team handles customs documentation and helps you choose the most cost-effective shipping method for each destination.
How do you handle returns?
We process returns on your behalf. When a returned item arrives, we inspect it, report its condition, and either restock it or set it aside based on your instructions. You have full visibility into the returns process through your dashboard.
What if I need to scale up quickly during peak season?
Our operations are designed to flex with demand. We plan ahead for peak seasons, maintain additional storage capacity, and scale our staffing to match volume. You don't need a new contract to handle higher volume.
Do you offer custom packaging or branded inserts?
Yes. We can use your branded boxes, mailers, tissue paper, stickers, thank-you cards, and other inserts. Your custom materials are stored with your inventory and included with each order per your specifications.
